For 2Checkout (now verifone) Users:
We recommend you check your order email first. All order details are contained in the email, including order number, product name, download link, registration code, etc. If you cannot find the order email, don’t worry, you can still retrieve the registration code via official website. Here are detailed steps:
- 1. Go to https://secure.2co.com/myaccount/
- 2. Input your Email Address or Order Number and click “SEND ACCESS LINK”. Please note that the Email address is the one you used to make the purchase.
- 3. Login to your mailbox and click on the link you receive. Login to 2Checkout and click “Continue” to check your account information.
- 4. Find the order you need and click “View order details”, you can find the registration code under “Registration Info”.
For Paddle Users:
The quickest way for retrieving registration code is checking your order email. All order details are contained in the email, including order number, product name, download link, registration code, etc. If you can’t find it, you can write to help@paddle.com for help, or go to their website https://paddle.net/ to ask the chatbot.
For Mycommerce Users:
The best way to find order details is from the order email. If you cannot find the order email, please do as the following to get back the registration code:
- 1. Go to https://account.mycommerce.com/
- 2. Login to your account via User ID and Password. If you forgot, please click “Request Login/Password” and enter your email address. So at least please remember the email address you used to place the order.
- 3. After logging in with User ID, you can find your order history. Customize the period and click “Execute” to find the required order.
If you login by “Request Login/Password”, input your email address and click Send data. Then you will receive your order info in the mailbox.
