It's got a 14.2-megapixel 1-inch Exmor R CMOS sensor that can shoot in full-resolution 4K at 24 or 30 frames per second and an optically stabilized Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* lens with 12x optical zoom. The shooting modes include XAVC-S, AVCHD and MP4 codecs.
This 4K camcorder can connect to smartphones via Wi-Fi and NFC, and you can output the videos to the new 4K TVs offered from Sony, and other manufacturers with one HDMI cable. Now you can record every details of the valuable moments with the 4K camcorder and relive the memory on the 4K TV.
This will be the start of a new era of 4K, and an increasing number of 4K camcorder will be unveiled by Sony and other manufacturers.
