Generally, the Black Bar Problem will occur when the aspect ratio of the source video is not the same as that of the output video or the aspect ratio of the converted file is not the same with your media player. You can follow the steps below to remove black bar in converted video files.
1. If the aspect ratio of the source video is the one you want. Please click the "Settings" button to open profile settings window and then set the video "Aspect Ratio" as "Auto". You also need to set "Edit>Crop>Keep Aspect Ratio" as "Original". Finally, you can drag the mouse to the screen you needed in the original preview window.
2. If the aspect ratio of the source file is not the one you want, please select the required resolution on the profile settings window and set "Edit>Crop > Zoom Mode" as "Full". You need to crop your video first if there is originally a black bar.
If it still doesn't work, please load the video file to the program and send us the screenshots listed below:
A, File > Properties
B, the Settings window
C, Edit>Crop for the output settings you selected
It cannot show the full screen just because Video proportion, Aspect Ratio and the display scale (the screen proportion of your media player) is not same.
We need to explain that the prefect full screen is relevant with Video proportion, Aspect Ratio and the display scale (the screen proportion of your media player). Only if these three has the same data it will show perfect full screen.
