1. What is the value-added service?

Aiseesoft FoneLab and Aiseesoft FoneLab for Android supports 6 different mobile devices at most. If you have used the software with 6 devices and want to use it with more devices, you need to purchase the value-added service to support more devices. It is not for registration purpose, only for supporting more devices.

If you want to use the real software, you need to purchase the software to get the registration code to activate the full function at first.

2. What to do if you only purchased the value-added service?

If you only purchased the value-added service, we could exchange it to the reg code of real software for you after getting your confirmation.

3. What to do if you purchased the wrong version of value-added service?

For example, if you have purchased Windows version of the software, and the Mac version of the value-added service, in this case, we are sorry that we could not change the Mac version value-added service to Windows version. Under this circumstance, we suggest you purchase the Windows version value-added service first, then you could change the Mac version value-added service to another single program you may want to use in the near future from our official website. If you want a refund, we will apply a refund of the Mac version value-added service for you.

4. What to do if you purchased the right value-added but some errors happen when you register it?
