If you have made iCloud backup for contacts, you can go to icloud.com to get back your lost contacts.
Step 1 Sign in to iCloud on the website of icloud.com with your Apple ID and password.
Step 2Click "contacts" and you will find all your contacts are listed. Use the top search bar to find your deleted or lost contacts. In this website interface, you can also edit and manage detailed information of your contacts.
Notes:When selecting more than one contact, you need to hold down the "ctrl" key as you click each contact.
Step 3After selecting contacts you want, click "Settings" in the bottom-left corner, choose "Export vCard". Just a few seconds later, the contacts will be restored to your PC as a VCF file.
Step 4Can't find the contacts? Click "Settings", scroll down to the bottom, and find "Restore Contacts" under Advanced option. Here you can restore the deleted contacts from iCloud.
You can also recover contacts from iCloud on your iDevice. When using this solution, please make sure your device is in a good Internet connection during the whole process.
